Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing

This dressing has a mild spicy undertone, and is perfect paired with any Asian inspired salad dish!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. coconut amino can sub for GF soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small mason jar or salad dressing container.

  2. Use 1-2 tbsp. dressing per serving. Shake well before serving.

  3. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.

Recipe Notes

For a LEAP friendly option, substitute the rice vinegar for white vinegar, and use any mild flavored safe oil, such as sunflower oil.
