Finding healthy sheet pan dinners is a new obsession of mine. I mean come on. They use one pan (easy clean up). They are quick. And a lot of them are a great representation of the most important components of a meal: protein, fat, and fiber. If you’re a parent, a busy professional, and/or a student in need of a meal that is nourishing yet not super complicated, then these healthy sheet pan dinners are for you, my friend!

What’s better than fajitas – especially when they take less than 30 minutes to make!? This is one of my favorite sheet pan recipes from Laughing Spatula. Plus, they include a homemade fajita seasoning recipe that is really easy, but doesn’t include all those additives and salt found in the seasoning packages! For a higher fat-lower carb option, add some sliced avocado, sour cream, and cheese to the mixture. Otherwise, enjoy with some rice, beans or tortillas!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I am super passionate about getting people to eat more fish! And this is coming from a girl who did NOT grow up liking fish. The past few years, I’ve grown into loving salmon the most. I know some dietitians hate the word “superfood”, but guys, there’s no denying, salmon is a straight. super. food.

With only 5 ingredients, and Italian dressing as the seasoning, this sheet pan salmon dinner is a healthy way to incorporate more fish into a quick & tasty weeknight meal.
I love healthy sheet pan dinners that are loaded with veggies – and this one provides just that! From The Recipe Critic, this sheet pan recipe includes zucchini, summer squash, bell pepper, and asparagus! Boom. Such good variety and color. The sausage and shrimp also cook pretty quick, allowing you to bake this sheet pan dinner in 20 minutes! It doesn’t get better than that!
Asian recipes can get a little complicated with all the sauce ingredients and such. But, this healthy sheet pan dinner from Eat Yourself Skinny is super easy, tasty, and also loaded with veggies. The sauce is simple and made with REAL food ingredients (unlike a lot of the frozen Asian dishes out there).
If you follow a plant-based diet or just like to incorporate a meatless Monday meal, then this healthy sheet pan dinner from Emily Kyle Nutrition is for you! I love the combination of the salty pumpkin seeds with the sweetness of the dried cranberries ?. Confession time: I am terrible at cooking pork. Can anyone else relate?! I always overcook it, or end up finding a recipe that is way too complicated. Not today! This pork tenderloin recipe from Good Life Eats is one of the best sheet pan dinners using pork. You can really choose any combination of veggies to roast alongside the pork, too. Plus, this recipe can be done in just around 30 minutes! (Depending on which veggies you choose ?).
I absolutely LOVE bruschetta appetizers. Plus, I love cheese. So this sheet pan recipe from Damn Delicious is my favy! Feel free to be extra generous with the extra virgin olive oil for a boost of healthy fats, too!
