In your free 15-Minute Discovery Call, we will review your symptoms and needs to determine how I can help you along your journey towards whole body health.

As part of the program, we will review your health history, identify your goals, address your concerns, and set you up for success on the program.

A Mediator Release Test is a blood panel used to identify your individual food sensitivities. A micronutrient test may also be used to screen for any nutritional deficiencies.

Custom Plan

Once we’ve identified your trigger foods, we’ll develop a nutrition plan customized to your body, lifestyle and ability with one-on-one support along the way! Let's get started!

Food Farmacist RD uses the patented Mediator Release Test (MRT)  to assist in identifying your food sensitivities. This is NOT the same as a food allergy (learn about the difference here).  The MRT is a blood test that determines your immune response to 150 foods and food chemicals.  Based on the results, we customize a meal plan to eliminate trigger foods and methodically phase them back in. With a customized nutrition plan, you can see a reduction in symptoms in the first 10-14 days!

Vitamin deficiencies play a significant role in many health conditions. As an additional service, you may also choose to have a micronutrient blood panel completed at the same time. This will look at a variety of micronutrients involved in metabolism as well as antioxidants and an immune score. There is overwhelming evidence that micronutrient deficiencies are connected to inflammation and chronic disease. This test is optional, but highly recommended for many health conditions.
