I believe in using real food as our primary"farmacy" to treat chronic disease and promote whole body health. I hope to improve our connection to food as a culture by supporting sustainable practices, local farms, and seasonal eating patterns.
After a few years in practice as a dietitian, I soon felt a discrepancy in what I learned in traditional schooling, and what my patients truly needed. Maybe just like you, I often felt frustrated with conventional medicine, and went home feeling like there has to be something more to the equation. I eventually found my passion through integrative and functional nutrition.
Integrative and functional nutrition offers a personalized, holistic, and science based approach that addresses the root cause of disease.

Nutritional healing is my passion, which is why I went to school for far too long to do what I do. I hold both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian, food sensitivity specialist, and owner of Food Farmacist RD, I run a completely tele-health nutrition practice and blog based out of Denver, Colorado. In my free time, you can find me exploring the Rocky Mountains by snowboarding, camping, or hiking with my husband, family, and friends!
